3. DESIGN & PERSONALIZATION
Collaborate with our team to choose from our proven, value-engineered home plans- or start from scratch with a custom home design concept. We'll help you customize the layout and select curated finishes from our Advantage or Premier
Series Selection Books to match your lifestyle.
4. FINALIZE YOUR CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
No guesswork, no hidden surprises. Once your plan modifications, site-specific costs, and finish selections are locked in, we’ll provide a transparent, comprehensive construction agreement that you can sign with complete confidence.
5. PERMITTING & LOCAL AGENCY APPROVALS
When you select our Site-Right Solution option, we handle the heavy lifting. Our team navigates the complexities of local municipal building permits, planning reviews and System Development Charges (SDCs) to get your project approved seamlessly. Once everything is approved and ready, then all you need to do is pay your project fees directly to the permit jurisdictions.
6. CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
With local permits in hand, our skilled construction team gets to work. We manage the entire build with rigorous quality standards, keeping you updated every step of the way until we hand over the keys to your new Tailored Home.
