Homes to Suit Your Lifestyle

Custom Homebuilder & On-Your-Lot Specialist in Central Oregon

At Tailored by Woodhill Homes we bring your vison to life. As a premier Central Oregon home builder, we specialize in two distinct paths to your dream home: fully custom home builds designed from scratch, and a curated collection of predesigned home plans built on your lot.

OUR APPROACH

It Begins

With You

We believe the best homes start with listening. Our building process is designed around you—taking the time to understand your lifestyle, your design priorities, and your vision.

From the first conceptual sketch to the day we hand over the keys, we bring your dream home to life with intentional craftsmanship, local expertise, and absolute transparency.

Let’s Build Together.

During your initial consultation, our team works closely with you to map out the goals, design features, and timeline for your new Central Oregon home.

Together, we will conduct a comprehensive site assessment of your land, guide you through the financing and pre-qualification steps, and establish a clear, transparent preliminary budget.
